The hotel offers a shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel and in the other direction which is very convenient. Very friendly drivers and it is available at any time you arrive in the airport or need to depart from the hotel. The rooms are clean and very convenient for their purpose. The bathroom/shower had a very modern feel to it. I was there for a half day conference and the facilities were more than convenient. If you are visiting Melbourne CBD as a tourist or for business, then you will probably stay in the city but if you need a stay close to the airport or need to catch an early departure or arrive late at the airport, then this could be a good interim stay....

Was a good place to stay for us, not too far a drive from airport but far away enough to feel some separation from it. Room was clean, spacious enough, comfortable bed, very nice bathroom etc. Ground level access was good for my partner who struggles with stairs currently. We didnt eat tea there, food was a bit pricey and menu range a little restricted. Were able to get uber eats and did pass a bottle shop on the way from airport to Best Western Breakfast was more than adequate, good selection of hot and cold drinks, as well as hot and cold food. Could add pancakes and perhaps some more fruit however. Pool looked good but we didnt stay long enough to take a dip.

The lady at check in was amazing, it was my 1st time overseas and I was a complete novice to EVERYTHING, she was warm, polite and professional. The entire place was very well maintained and clean, even the guest laundry, which in my experience is usually pretty much a bomb site. The room was very clean, the presentation was A+. They have a pool if you want a dip, a restaurant on site( I didn't eat there, but menu looked good). It's only 4kms away from the airport but you wouldn't know it! Free 24 hour shuttle service to the airport. Great place, will always book this place pre flight

Very clean, comfortable, very nice linen, good pillow and mattress, nice bathroom and shower - all in all a very nice unit to stay in near the airport with the complimentary shuttle to/from the airport. The breakfast was very good. Excellent variety and choice of options! When I next stay near the airport, I would have no hesitation in staying again, assuming the cost was reasonable which it was.

Loved the rooms. So clean and spacious. Pool was awesome for an evening swim. The restaurant was by far the best place we ate in the 2 weeks we were in Melbourne (massive compliments to the chef/s). We were so happy to finish our last night eating great food! Not one complaint from my whole family of 11! It was also awesome that they had a shuttle to take us all to the airport at 4am
